на установленный nginx добавить модуль rtmp для возможности включения stream через ffmpeg или другие программы.

1. способ

service nginx stop

nginx -v
= версия вашего nginx
напрмер:
nginx version: nginx/1.14.2

nginx -V
= подключенные модули после configure arguments:
